Products purchased on the website www.letetondevenus.com are made by hand in small quantities in our workshop. It is therefore necessary to allow a preparation time of one week before sending.

We ship to all countries worldwide. All orders are sent via Chronopost services. Delivery times depend on the destination and take on average 2 to 4 business days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To make a return, please contact us via the contact form , specifying the reasons for your return and your order number. We will send you a slip to place on the package, intended to send us the product.

To be eligible for a return, the products must be in the same condition as they were shipped, not show signs of use and be returned in intact packaging with label. Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned.

RETURN FEES

Le téton de Vénus undertakes to cover the costs of returning an item to mainland France, except in the event of an address entry error, or size error on the part of the customer. Any item ordered outside mainland France will be the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS WITHIN 15 DAYS

You have the right to return or exchange the goods within 15 working days from the date of arrival and with the carrier of your choice.

Refunds will be made within 15 days of receipt of the returned merchandise, via the original payment method.

The prices displayed on our site are indicated in euros and include applicable taxes for orders placed within the European Union (EU). For orders shipped outside the EU, please note that customs duties, local taxes and import charges may apply depending on the legislation in the destination country.

These duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the total amount of your order. They may be required by your country's customs authorities at the time of delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them, as customs policies vary from country to country.
