For decades, we were led to believe that to be "well" supported, one had to encase their breasts in a metal cage. The result? Red marks in the evening, a compressed rib cage, and an immense eagerness to remove your bra as soon as you got home.
At the workshop, I advocate for a different vision: that of soft lingerie. And believe me, your breasts are just waiting for it. Here's why they'll thank you.

Breathe, at last!
The rigid underwire acts like a straitjacket. It limits your breathing capacity and can even block lymphatic circulation around your breasts. By switching to wireless, you free your diaphragm. You breathe more deeply, and your body regains its natural mobility.
Tone your tissues
It's the great paradox: the more artificially a muscle or tissue is supported, the more it tends to relax. By allowing your breasts to move naturally (but accompanied by the softness of a well-cut textile), you better engage Cooper's ligaments, which provide natural support for your breasts. It's real daily toning work.
End chronic pain
Many shoulder or back pains come from an ill-fitting bra whose underwires create unnecessary pressure points. Soft lingerie distributes weight evenly. No more metal poking the side of your breast or riding up when you lift your arms!
Learn to love your natural curve
Underwires seek to impose a standardized shape (often round and centered). Soft lingerie, on the other hand, celebrates your body shape as it is. It doesn't cheat, it enhances. Learning to see your chest with its natural movements and contours is a huge step towards self-acceptance.
The designer's advice
Switching to wireless is a small revolution. If you've worn underwires your whole life, your tissues might need a few days to get used to this new freedom. Start by alternating, then listen to your body: very quickly, you won't be able to tolerate the sensation of metal anymore.
The important thing is not to "hold" your breasts at all costs, but to accompany them with kindness. Your breasts are alive; give them the comfort they deserve.
