Delivery & Returns
Each piece is made to order, just for you. This choice requires a little patience: allow approximately 10 days for me to craft your set before shipping.
Delivery
Once made, your order is shipped from Lyon. I will send you a tracking number by email. Allow approximately 2 to 3 days for France, 5 to 8 days for Europe, and around ten days for international shipping.
Returns & exchanges
Each piece is custom-made for you, so I do not accept returns or refunds, except in the case of a manufacturing defect found on the lingerie. However, an exchange is possible if there is a sizing error, within 14 days of receipt. To be accepted, the item must be returned to me in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
How to proceed?
To make a return, please contact me via Chat. Let me know your order number and whether it's for a size exchange or a defect.
I will then provide you with the workshop's address for the return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, but I will gladly send you your new item.
