SHIPPING
The products purchased on the site www.letetondevenus.com are made by hand in small quantities, on demand. It is therefore necessary to count a time of preparation of one week before sending.
We ship to all countries in the world. All orders are shipped via post by Colissimo or Letter followed with tracking number. The delivery time depends on the destination and takes 3-4 working days in the European Union and 5-7 working days outside the European Union. Delivery times are provided for information only.
RETURN FEES
Le téton de Vénus undertakes to cover the cost of returning an item to mainland France, except in the event of an error in entering the address, or a size error on the part of the customer. Any item ordered outside metropolitan France will be the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN WITHIN 15 DAYS
You have the right to return or exchange merchandise within 15 business days from the date of arrival and with the carrier of your choice.
Refunds will be made within 15 days of receipt of returned merchandise, via the original method of payment.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In order to make a return, please send us an email at letetondevenus@gmail.com specifying the reasons for your return and your order number. We will send you a slip to put on the package, intended to send us the product.
To be eligible for a return, products must be in the same condition they were shipped in, show no signs of use, and be returned in undamaged packaging with tags. Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
RIGHTS AND TAXES
The prices of the products are expressed in Euros, all taxes included and excluding customs duties, for orders outside the EU which will be the responsibility of the customer. Le Téton de Vénus will not be held responsible for any customs action/fees/taxes/delays. If a customer refuses a shipment, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, any import charges incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to sender. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
